Second Optional Excursion (Cooking Class)

Another eventful day! We kicked things off with a delicious breakfast before diving into classes. Mr. Austin’s biology class did a cool experiment this morning, extracting DNA from a banana. Later, we had our second optional excursion to the village of Nipos, where we cooked stuffed tomatoes and bell peppers, dolmades, cheese pies, tzatziki, and Greek salad. We enjoyed all the food with chicken and fresh potatoes. Everything was grown by the restaurant owners, and prepared by our students!
