This half-day adventure is for the non-certified diver who wants to experience underwater life first hand. A highly trained scuba instructor will teach students the basic principles of scuba diving in a swimming pool and then take them on a shallow open water dive up to 40 feet/12 meters in the ocean.

During the experience, they are also introduced to the Mediterranean diet and learn how traditional recipes have been passed down through generations. Once the cooking is complete, everyone gathers around a large monastery-style table to enjoy the dishes they have prepared together, accompanied by fresh bread, traditional desserts, and soft drinks.
