Day 6 - Exploring Porto

We started the day with breakfast before everyone settled into some independent study time and caught up on laundry.

After that, the group split up for the afternoon. Some headed to Matosinhos Beach to enjoy the sun and the ocean, while others spent some time shopping at Bershka and Zara.

We also had the chance to try Porto’s famous francesinha. This classic sandwich is packed with layers of meat, covered in melted cheese, and topped with a rich, flavorful sauce. It was definitely a memorable lunch and a must-try while visiting Porto.

The highlight of the day was our tuk-tuk ride through Porto. It had everyone smiling from start to finish as we zipped through the city’s streets and took in the sights from a whole new perspective.

We wrapped up the day with a quiet night in. The Uno cards came out, followed by a few more card games, and things got surprisingly competitive. We created our own rules to uno and worked in teams. There were lots of laughs, a few dramatic moments, and plenty of friendly competition. It was the perfect way to end our great time in Porto.
