Day 18 - Arrival in Barcelona

Hola!

We have arrived in Barcelona, the last leg of our journey!  The group is having an amazing time even in a whirlwind of activity.

After having a little break from the city with our stay in magical Mallorca, where we enjoyed beach, sun, sand and waves, we will be enjoying our first full day in beautiful Barcelona today. The kids had classes and after our group dinner, will be able to explore the city with their friends and enjoy their late curfew.

We already know next week will fly by! The kids will be participating in the Barcelona’s Amazing Race GSA Edition Saturday afternoon! The catamaran optional excursion is on Sunday and of course, THE WORLD CUP!  VIVA ESPAGNA!!  How exciting to be in a country who’s playing in the world cup?!  The energy will be electric!

Then we’re in the final stretch.  A visit to Sagrada Familia on Monday, to make our Barcelona visit complete, classes, study day, Exam day and then our final banquet!  If we blink too long, we may miss it!

It’s been an amazing program and with an even more amazing group of kids!
