Day 16: Spicing things up in Coco

 

We kicked off the morning with class time, diving into our lessons while the sun peeked through the clouds. In the afternoon, some students joined an optional cooking excursion and got a taste of authentic Costa Rican cuisine. They rolled out homemade tortillas by hand and cooked up a delicious chorizo potato hash that had everyone’s mouths watering.

After dinner, the day wrapped up perfectly with a poolside movie night. Under the warm evening sky, we watched the original Jurassic Park, complete with snacks, laughter, and a few playful dinosaur impressions from the group. A day of learning, cooking, and classic cinema!
