On the Road Again! 

Today was our final morning in Monteverde! We woke up ready for our transition to Arenal, loaded onto the buses, and hit the road.

Along the way, we made a beautiful pitstop with breathtaking views. Students grabbed some delicious lunch and soaked in the scenery one last time.

The drive turned into an unexpected safari: we spotted a big family of howler monkeys, got our first crystal-clear view of the Arenal volcano, and finally saw our first sloth of the trip (and yes, it was adorable)!

Once we arrived at our accommodations, we got checked in, wristbands on, and headed straight for the hot springs. Arenal is definitely warmer than Monteverde, so it felt amazing to be back in the heat.

What a way to kick off our next adventure!
