Day 10: One Last Day In Crete

Wednesday began with breakfast to fuel everyone up before heading to their final classes in Crete. Classes only took place in the morning, giving students the rest of the day to enjoy their last full day on the island.

Students spent their free time in many different ways. Some headed into town to do some last minute shopping and pick up souvenirs to bring home. While others made their way to the beach to enjoy the sunshine and work on their tans. A few students even visited the Fortezza of Rethymno where they were able to take in some incredible views and learn more about the rich history of Crete.

As the afternoon came to an end, it was time to start packing and preparing for our early departure the next morning. Excitement was definitely in the air as students got ready for the next part of our adventure.

We all enjoyed another amazing dinner together and the hotel staff even took the time to thank our group for being so polite, respectful and kind throughout our stay. It was wonderful to hear such positive feedback and a reflection of how amazing our students have been during this trip.

With suitcases packed and alarms set everyone is ready for an early morning. Santorini here we come!!
