Coffee in the morning, coffee in the evening, coffee at suppertime! Our students absolutely rocked their coffee tour at Cafe de Monteverde where they got to hear about the origins of coffee in Costa Rica, hit the fields to help feed compost to the plants, learn about the process of growing healthy coffee beans, harvesting them, and then, of course the best part, tasting all the different varieties of coffee. Our students loved it light, medium and dark roasted as well as covered in chocolate!
