Today, our students kicked off the day prepping their group presentations and mock trials set against the stunning backdrop of our hotel terrace in Heraklion, Crete. With the Aegean Sea sparkling in the distance and the summer breeze keeping things cool, both our Business and English students are diving into their projects and discovering creative new ways to collaborate. And of course, learning how to beat the heat by understanding the value of the euro when it comes to a 6 pack of water! Hydration is key under the Cretan sun.
