A Study Day in Florence: Learning, Laundry, and Local Flavor
Today was a slower-paced but productive day for our student group in Florence. We spent the morning and afternoon in a private boardroom at Hotel Cellai, transformed into our classroom for the day. With notebooks open and espresso nearby, students dove into lessons, discussions, and reflections on everything they’ve experienced so far.
After class, there was some free time to explore the city’s charming streets. Some students wandered through artisan shops and quiet piazzas, while others took the opportunity for a much-needed laundry day — a true travel milestone!
In the evening, we gathered for a wonderful group dinner at Osteria Il Giardino di Babuino. The cozy atmosphere, warm hospitality, and delicious Tuscan dishes made it a perfect end to the day. Laughter, stories, and shared plates filled the table — a reminder that even a quiet day can be rich with connection and culture.
