Zip-lining Excursion

After an early morning breakfast, our amazing Costa Rican staff picked us up at 7:30AM in order to head out to the Congo Trail Canopy Tour.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly tour guides who managed to get our entire group into our safety gear. Before starting our tour, our guides gave us a comprehensive safety briefing so that everyone in the group was comfortable.

This tour consists of 11 zip lines and 3 suspension bridges. It took us 2 hours to complete. We were fortunate to even see some Howler monkeys in the trees around us.

At the end of the tour, we had the opportunity to tour an animal sanctuary which had an amazing array of rescued animals including spider monkeys, crocodiles, turtles, snakes and even a relative of the racc0on family.

After a thrilling two hour excursion, we treated ourselves to some ice cream before heading back to Playa Hermosa.

We’re looking forward to our dip in the pool as well as our very first class this afternoon.
