We came, we saw, we conquered the Nietzsche path!
Sunday Hike to the Nietzsche Path in Èze
Sunday morning, a few of us managed to get ourselves out of bed early and catch a train to Èze. The plan was simple: hike the Nietzsche Path.
Èze is a small hilltop village between Nice and Monaco. While it’s known for its views and old stone streets, we were there for the trail—steep, rocky, and named after the philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche, who supposedly walked it often.
Still half-asleep but motivated, we made our way to the starting point. The path climbs from Èze-sur-Mer up to the village, and it’s no joke—narrow in places, with a lot of switchbacks. But the views of the Mediterranean makes the hardwork worth the effort.
Once we reached the top, it was high fives and just one more gelato to celebrate our accomplishment.
