FINAL BANQUET

This is my 9th and final program as a PM for Global Summers Academy.  I enjoy these programs as I meet phenomenal students and amazing staff. I can safely say this has been one of the busiest programs I have been associated with.

We met roughly 19 days ago. Over that time, I have witnessed new friendships develop and observed your relationships improve with your teachers. You have become expert ferry travelers.  

If you are disappointed that the program is almost over…..that’s a good thing as it means we as a staff have done our jobs and you as students have fully immersed yourself in the program.

I am hoping you have created friendships that will continue for many years, maybe a lifetime.  You have had the opportunity to participate in many amazing excursions that have created great memories.

To the staff, Dr. G (aka Roomie), Kim and Steph I have enjoyed every minute that I’ve spent with you, and I will miss our daily breakfast, lunch and dinner conversations. You are phenomenal educators, and I appreciated your support.

I would be negligent to not thank our Greek hosts during this adventure on Syros, Paros, Crete and here in Athens. 

To you, the students, this will be your final night together as a group.

As always be engaged, enjoy the experience and make smart decisions.
