Santorini, Here We Come!

Thursday started with an early wake up call as students met in the lobby at 5:00am for breakfast before loading the bus and heading to the port to catch our ferry to Santorini.

We arrived at the port on time and all students safely boarded the SeaJet and quickly found their seats. During the journey some students took the opportunity to catch up on sleep, while others grabbed some food, relaxed and even got some schoolwork done.

Before we knew it, we had arrived in Santorini, greeted by breathtaking views of the island. Students enjoyed a walking tour of Fira, taking in the beautiful scenery and getting their first glimpse of one of Greece’s most iconic destinations. Some students explored the town further while others enjoyed lunch before we made our way to our hotel.

After checking into their rooms, students had some time to relax and settle in. Many took advantage of the beautiful weather and enjoyed some time at the hotel pools, soaking in the stunning surroundings and unwinding after a long travel day.

Later in the evening, we headed out for dinner together. We enjoyed an amazing meal with stunning ocean views making the evening even more special.

This dinner was particularly memorable as we celebrated another student’s birthday! Even though it was a busy travel day with an early start, she had the biggest smile on her face and was able to enjoy her special day surrounded by friends. Once again, our students were incredible throughout the long day of travel, showing positivity, patience and enthusiasm every step of the way. Santorini, we have arrived and we can’t wait to see what adventures await for us!
