Akrotiri in Santorini

Today we woke up nice and early ready for Monday morning classes. We arranged a special tour for the Classic Civilizations class to visit the ancient site of Akrotiri. Our guide Kosta brought us back to ancient times with his meticulous explanations of the artefacts left behind from what has been excavated at the site. We then had the opportunity to visit the Red Beach where we took some photos and headed to the black sand beach for a swim! The evening dinner was lovely as usual, and students signed out to enjoy their last evening in Santorini. Off to Crete tomorrow!
