Island Hopping: Tinos To Syros

The day started with students waking up for breakfast and getting ready for room checks, excited for their morning classes before we departed. In English, the students were introduced to poetry. At the same time, Dr. Flaherty’s class visited the Archaeological Museum of Tinos, while the biology students explored photosynthesis and anaerobic respiration. After lunch, we headed to the ferry, setting off for the island of Syros. The students were fantastic during our travels, which made for a smooth and easy day. Everyone was thrilled when we arrived at the hotel, where they had time to unpack, freshen up before dinner, and then relax with some free time to explore the area.
