From Dubrovnik to Paros – A Journey Across the Aegean

Today was a travel day, and while it meant saying goodbye to the medieval charm of Dubrovnik, it also marked the beginning of a new chapter in our adventure: hello, Paros!

Flight with a View
We flew from Dubrovnik with a stopover in Athens, catching glimpses of the glittering Adriatic and the rugged Greek coastline from above. Spirits were high, and the excitement of arriving in the Cyclades was palpable.

Our hotel greeted us like a postcard come to life—whitewashed walls, blue shutters, and bougainvillea spilling over balconies. It felt like stepping into a scene from Mamma Mia, and the students were instantly enchanted. Bags were dropped, rooms explored.

We wandered down to the harbour for our first dinner on the island. The path was lined with cozy cafés, local shops, and the scent of grilled seafood in the air. We found a spot with tables right on the water, where waves gently lapped beside us in the golden light.

With plates full of fresh Greek dishes the group settled into the rhythm of island life. Laughter, stories, and the glow of the setting sun made it a perfect first night in Paros.

Tomorrow, the real exploring begins. But tonight, we simply soaked in the magic.
