Day 9: Brews, Views and Baby Goats

What a Brewtastic Day!
We woke up bright and early and set off for Life Monteverde: a coffee farm that (in our opinion) brews the best coffee in the world! Students hit the ground running, splitting into groups to explore the farm’s sustainable practices before heading out on a guided tour. We learned all about the journey from bean to brew, with hands-on experiences at every step.

Along the way, we took in the rich biodiversity, climbed a nostalgic guava tree, and met some adorable farm animals – including the cutest baby goat you’ve ever seen!

After our coffee tasting (where we tested our skills at guessing the brewing methods), we headed into town to grab some lunch and explore the enchanting streets of Monteverde. We wrapped up the day with a delicious dinner, a few guitar tunes, some friendly pool matches, and lots of laughter and connection.

It was a beautiful day, from start to finish!
