Day 7 - Our Last day in Porto

July 4th, 2025

Today was all about learning, connecting, and soaking in our final moments in Porto. Today, the students had a full day of classes. In the morning, English students had one-on-one conferences with their teachers to finalize and polish their essay drafts, while the History class delivered their presentations with confidence and creativity. 

In the afternoon, all four classes took their learning into the city. History students held their lesson at the oldest café in Porto, adding a touch of charm to the day’s content. Meanwhile, the English classes explored the stunning Chapel of the Souls, using the vibrant tile-covered chapel as inspiration for their next tasks. After class time, students had the chance to work independently in small groups while discovering some local cafés and neighbourhoods. 

Later in the evening, we reunited for dinner and ended the night by celebrating Sebastien’s birthday with lots of laughs, gifts, and dessert. It was a full and memorable day, and while we’re sad to leave Porto behind, we’re looking forward to the next chapter of our journey as we head to Bilbao tomorrow.
