Day 6: First Day in Sardinia

Arrival Day in Sardinia

Last night we took an overnight 15-hour ferry to the island of Sardinia. Thanks to our cabins, we were able to get a proper night’s sleep.

After breakfast, we disembarked, boarded our bus and embarked on a 3-hour journey from the southern coast of Sardinia all the way to the northern shores. The scenery was breathtaking.

The owner of the hotel greeted us and were blown away by the views from our hotel. We couldn’t wait to jump in the turquoise warm water but academics come first, so students headed straight to class.

We then enjoyed a well deserved after class swim. During dinner, many students took the opportunity to hold a golden hour photo shoot on the beach.

After dinner, we headed into the centre of town for some gelato, and we were surprised to find an amusement park set up. Students enjoyed playing the carnival games.
