Day 5: Bye Bye Monteverde, Hello Playa Del Coco

Today we said goodbye to the misty mountains of Monteverde and made our way down to the sunny shores of Playas del Coco! After a scenic drive through winding roads and changing landscapes, we arrived at our coastal destination. Students were thrilled to check out the hotel pool, dip their toes in the ocean, and feel that warm beach breeze. Once settled in, students had some free time to explore the town. Many took a stroll through the local shops and markets, soaking in the laid-back beach vibe. One of the highlights? A fun grocery store haul!
