Day 24: Exam Study Day!

With yesterday’s early arrival in Athens, it felt great to sleep in today! We enjoyed another great breakfast on our hotel’s rooftop and then settled in for a long day of studying and preparing for tomorrow’s final exam.
Most students used the lobby areas to hang out and work on things, while a few headed into local coffee shops to study. In the afternoon, a large group headed out for some last minute gift shopping and outfit shopping for tomorrow’s final banquet.
Tonight’s dinner was at a nearby local taverna that has a beautiful lemon tree garden. We enjoyed Greek salad, fresh pita bread, fries and giant grill platters featuring traditional Greek BBQ staples. We enjoyed fresh watermelon for dessert. Most students grabbed some gelato on their way back to the hotel for a relaxing evening with friends and studying.
With tomorrow’s final exam, it was off to bed early for everyone!
We can’t wait to celebrate our amazing month together tomorrow night with our final banquet.
