Day 20: PADI Certification pt.2
Our second day of the optional PADI Scuba Diving excursion was nothing short of incredible! Students put their training to the test and were rewarded with unforgettable sights, spotting a graceful white-tipped shark and massive stingrays gliding across the ocean floor. Meanwhile, the biology class took a mini field trip to the far end of the beach, combing through rocky formations in search of fossils and evidence of ancient life. Their curiosity and teamwork made for an inspiring afternoon of discovery. As we savored the sun, sea, and science, there was a bittersweet feeling in the air, these are some of our final days in Costa Rica, and we’re soaking in every last magical moment.
