Day 14 - Madrid to Mallorca

Our day started bright and early as we headed to the airport at 8:00 a.m. for our 11:20 flight. After a smooth journey, we landed safely in beautiful Mallorca around 12:45 p.m. From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the island’s stunning scenery. Crystal-clear turquoise water, palm trees, and sunshine greeted us, and we quickly settled into our hotel, which could not be in a better location right on the beach.

After checking in, we enjoyed lunch together before heading to our afternoon classes. The warm, humid weather definitely reminded us that we are on a Mediterranean island, and we can already tell there will be plenty of swimming in our future to cool off.

After dinner, we spent the evening on the beach playing volleyball and soccer as the sun began to set. We also had the chance to play with some local kids who were unbelievably talented. We would not be surprised if we are watching them on TV as professional players someday.

We are excited for another great day tomorrow as we head out for a snorkelling adventure and continue exploring this beautiful island!
