Day 11 - First Day of Classes in Madrid

Our first full day in Madrid was the perfect mix of learning and exploring. Students took their classwork into the heart of the city, making the most of their beautiful new surroundings. The English classes set up shop in local cafés, working through their assignments while soaking in the Madrid atmosphere. Meanwhile, the History students took to the streets to explore key sites that brought their lessons to life.

After class, we came together for dinner at a local restaurant where stories, laughs, and a few new Spanish phrases were shared around the table. In the evening, students had some free time to wander through Madrid in small groups and get a feel for this lively city. We are looking forward to tomorrow’s optional excursion to the historic city of Toledo. It is going to be another amazing day!
