Day 2 was spent mostly at Life Monteverde. Students had a chance to explore the grounds of the coffee plantation and learn all about their sustainable agriculture! Lunch was provided which was a delicious meal where every item (minus the rice) was grown on site! 
After lunch, students were able to watch a local folk dance to celebrate Guanacaste Day! Some students even got pulled in to join the wonderful dancers. Then students did work on the plantation, learning about everything that goes into make one cup of coffee. The best part was the coffee tasting different roasts! 
After the all day excursion we headed back to our hotel and students had an hour class with their teachers. After some down time, we had dinner (pizza, yum!) and came back for some jacuzzi time then off to bed!
