Welcome to London!

Greetings from London! We wanted to check in and share a quick update as our students settle into the program here in the Jolly Ol’ City of London. Everyone is adjusting well and already diving into new experiences — including mastering the London Underground like locals! Navigating the Tube has become part of their daily routine, and it’s a great way for them to build confidence while exploring one of the world’s busiest and most efficient public transit systems.

On our first afternoon, we took a group trip to Covent Garden, where students enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere, watched street performances, and explored the markets. It’s been a wonderful blend of cultural immersion and fun, and we’ve had lots of laughs along the way. Traveling always brings little surprises — like realizing how polite escalator etiquette is a big deal here (stand on the right!), or discovering that nearly every local has strong opinions on the best place for fish and chips.
