Optional Excursions are outings or activities while on location that are not included in the program fee. These excursions enhance students’ experiences and range from cultural day trips to nearby sites, cities and towns, to more adventurous activities such as scuba diving, zip lining and surfing. What happens during the day if I don’t sign up for an optional excursion? Students who choose not to join an optional excursion will have free time to explore the area, complete coursework, or simply relax.
