Τhe menu will include: rooster in tomato sauce with traditional skioufichta pasta, or meatballs in red sauce as the main course, accompanied by dakos salad, fresh salad, kalitsounia with myzithra cheese and aromatic herbs, dessert, bread, water, and a local soft drink. During the experience, they are also introduced to the Mediterranean diet and learn how traditional recipes have been passed down through generations. Once the cooking is complete, everyone gathers around a large monastery-style table to enjoy the dishes they have prepared together, accompanied by fresh bread, traditional desserts, and soft drinks.
