The students have been working really hard as they wrap up their final classes before exams. The English classes have just finished writing an essay based on their study of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. The Classical Civilization class engaged in a lively debate on Sparta vs. Athens, showcasing their knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject.
In addition to their regular coursework, the students are also working on their culminating assignments, setting the stage for final exam preparations in Athens. The students are still finding plenty of ways to have fun! Between classes and after dinners, they explore the vibrant town of Heraklion, discovering local gems and making the most of their time in Crete.
This weekend, we’ll be heading to a nearby beach to enjoy the Aegean waters one last time from the island of Crete before making our transfer via overnight ferry back to Athens. It’s the perfect blend of hard work and relaxation, and we can’t wait for the adventures ahead!
