Sailing Excursion Day 1 and Sunday Funday

Today was another delightful day on the island of Syros!

Our first group of sailors set out on their sailing excursion.  They had the most incredible day!  They spent their time on the boat listening to music, dancing, and enjoying each other’s company.  The boat was also able to anchor and the students spent some timing jumping off of the boat and swimming in the Aegean sea, and they even snorkeled!  All of the students thoroughly enjoyed this spectacular experience.

Those who stayed at the hotel in Syros had some classes and time to work on any assignments.  They still had a very enjoyable day completing their work in the middle of this Aegean paradise.  In addition to their school activities, some also enjoyed time by the pool, swam in the sea, and played beach volleyball!

Everyone had such an amazing day. It’s hard not to enjoy yourself when you’re surrounded by blue skies and sunshine!
