TWO CREDIT HIGH SCHOOL
SUMMER PROGRAMS
IN ITALY, CROATIA, AND GREECE

GRADE 11 & 12
DOUBLE CREDIT: EUROPE

Our double-credit program will take you through some of the most iconic cities and breathtaking spots in Europe. Over the course of this program, students will not only earn two academic credits but will also explore the rich cultural and historical landscapes of Italy, Croatia, and Greece.

Our program begins in the charming coastal town of Sorrento, where dramatic cliffs meet the blue waters of the Mediterranean. Wander through its narrow streets, sample world-renowned Italian cuisine, and take in the stunning views of the Amalfi Coast. Next, delve into the heart of history with a visit to the Eternal City, Rome, where the ancient world comes alive. From the grandeur of the Colosseum to the awe-inspiring Vatican City, Rome’s rich heritage will captivate and inspire students at every turn. We will then head to Florence, which offers a deep dive into Renaissance art and culture. Walk in the footsteps of Michelangelo and Dante, and witness masterpieces like the Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery.

Our adventure continues as with an overnight ferry to Split, Croatia. Known for its ancient Roman ruins and lively waterfront, Split offers a blend of history and vibrant modern culture. From there, we will hop to the picturesque island of Hvar, where students can soak in the sun, explore medieval architecture, and immerse themselves in the island’s lush landscapes. Finish your Croatian journey in Dubrovnik, famously known as the “Pearl of the Adriatic.” Its majestic city walls and well-preserved old town will transport you back to the medieval era.

Next, sail into the Greek Islands, starting with Crete, the largest of them all, known for its mythological significance, stunning beaches, and ancient Minoan ruins. We continue to the world-famous island of Santorini, with its iconic white-washed buildings, crystal-clear waters, and unforgettable sunsets. Making our way to Syros, a hidden gem known for its neoclassical architecture, beautiful beaches, and vibrant cultural scene. Conclude your academic and cultural adventure in the cradle of democracy, Athens. Here, students will explore ancient landmarks like the Acropolis and the Parthenon while experiencing the modern energy of Greece’s bustling capital.

This once-in-a-lifetime journey offers a perfect blend of education, exploration, and adventure, ensuring students return home with not only academic achievements but also lifelong memories.
