Spend a day exploring The Maddalena Archipelago, a group of islands that stretch between Sardinia, Italy and Corsica, France. You will have the opportunity to explore more than five different islands on the Italian side. This excursion combines history and adventure!

Depart your hotel early in the morning and set off close to the Islands of Caprera and Santo Stefano to get to the town of La Maddalena. You will have the chance to explore the historical center and get a brief history of Palazzo Comunale, Naval Museum, and the Diocesan Museum of Sacred Art. Your adventure continues towards Spargi Island and Santa Maria Island, where you will have the chance to swim in beautiful crystal- clear water and explore hidden caves and different rock formations.  Due to the wind erosion, these rocks have taken on interesting formations: the head of a witch, a dog, and boots. On your route home, you will discover other islands with gorgeous panoramic views.

Traditional Italian lunch will be served on-board.

Enjoy a beautiful trip to the island of Capri! This island is a must see when visiting Italy. You will take the ferry from Sorrento to Capri, and once you arrive on the island, you will be taken around by minibuses so you can get the full experience and see all that Capri has to offer. Your guide will provide you with all the interesting fun facts and even take you to the highest peak of Capri. Capri is quite mountainous, thanks to Monte Solaro – the island's mountain. Explore the different shops, enjoy a latte, and even try a delicious arancini (rice balls). You will have an included lunch on the island before heading back to your accommodation.

Enjoy a day at the beach and head to Lido di Maccarese (lido is the Italian word for shore/beach). Maccarese is one of the largest Italian agricultural areas, being used for production of dairy, livestock, and crops. It also provides a beautiful and fun coastal area within easy reach of the Italy's capital.  Immerse yourself in a full day of swimming, relaxing on the sand, perusing through the shops in the town or even challenging your friends to some beach volleyball.
