Experience the magic of Disney in the heart of Japan! Tokyo Disneyland offers a world of adventure with its iconic themed lands, including Fantasyland, Adventureland, and Tomorrowland. From classic rides to dazzling parades and shows, students can enjoy a fully immersive Disney experience blended with vibrant Japanese culture!

Our group will travel by private coach from our hotel in Tokyo and return in the evening.

Discover the charm and history of Kamakura, a historic coastal city located just an hour south of Tokyo. Once the political centre of medieval Japan, Kamakura is known for its high concentration of ancient temples, shrines, and monuments.

Our group will travel by private coach to the Kotoku-in Temple to witness the Great Buddha, one of Japan’s most famous and iconic landmarks. We will then visit Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, the city's central spiritual landmark, followed by a stroll down vibrant Komachi Street. Here, we will explore a variety of local shops and enjoy free time for an included lunch.

The day continues with some relaxation time at Zaimokuza Beach, a scenic spot perfect for enjoying the sea and sand. The group will then return to the hotel for the evening.

Step back in time at Matsumoto Castle in Nagano, one of Japan’s most beautiful and historic castles.

Known as the “Crow Castle” for its striking black exterior, this 16th-century fortress offers students a glimpse into Japan’s samurai era. Explore the castle interior, climb narrow wooden staircases, and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding city and the Japanese Alps.

The area around the castle is perfect for walking, with attractions such as Nakamachi Street and Nawate Street just minutes away. Stroll the historic streets, browse traditional shops, and enjoy an included lunch. This excursion combines history, culture, and local charm into a full and engaging student adventure.

Discover the serene beauty and cultural heritage of Miyajima Island, located in Hiroshima Bay. Our group will travel by ferry to the island, which is famous for its iconic floating torii gate of Itsukushima Shrine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Students can explore historic temples, wander peaceful forest trails, and enjoy stunning views of the Seto Inland Sea. The island is also home to friendly deer that roam freely, adding a unique touch to the experience. We will stroll the charming streets, browse local shops, and enjoy an included lunch. Miyajima Island offers a perfect blend of history, nature, and cultural immersion for an unforgettable excursion.

Playa Conchal is widely considered to be Costa Rica’s most beautiful beach. Situated on the Northwest Pacific coast in a stunning protected bay, this spectacular kilometer-long beach fronts warm turquoise waters and offers magnificent views of the coastline. Its name, which literally means “Shell Beach,” refers to the millions of softened tiny crushed sea shells that construct the beach. This is a cherished national treasure which has been declared a Natural Reserve by the Costa Rican government, making the shells illegal to remove.

Our day begins with a gentle morning of kayaking in the mangrove estuary. This peaceful paddle is designed to be easy and relaxing for everyone, allowing you to glide effortlessly through calm, sheltered waters. As you navigate the winding waterways, keep an eye on the treetops—the mangroves are a favorite hangout for monkeys, colorful tropical birds, and other local wildlife.

After our time on the water, we will enjoy a relaxing lunch stop (included) before continuing our excursion through charming hamlets and coastal towns en route to Playa Conchal. Bring your towel and your sunscreen and get ready for a perfect afternoon on the beach, where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the crystal-clear waters of this tropical paradise.

Water clarity often exceeds 75 feet at this time of year. Well preserved corals and vast quantities of fish of every shape, size and colour make this trip both memorable and instructive.

We will depart Playas del Coco by boat, motoring through the pristine waters. Once far from the main beach, our guide will lead us into the water, reviewing basic snorkelling techniques and ushering our attention to the diverse life forms of the water. We will enjoy a light lunch on board as we take in the coastal views.
